Safety Training Services

Forklift Training

Getting the right training is key to reducing workplace accidents and damage to your racking and equipment.

We provide your drivers with an experienced trainer who works closely with your drivers.

We also conduct a workplace hazard analysis for free to ensure that your drivers are made aware of the hazards associated with their workplace.

Working at Heights Training

Employers must ensure that certain workers complete a working at heights training program that has been approved by the Chief Prevention Officer (CPO) and delivered by a CPO approved training provider before they can work at heights.

Our course is fully approved by the Chief Prevention Officer. We offer both the full and renewal courses that will provide you with both the theory and practical knowledge required to safely work at heights in the province of Ontario.

We can come to your location or we can provide training in an approved training facility close to you. For a specific quote for your business, please contact us:

Mobile Elevated Work Platform Training

Having competent operators not only reduces accidents, but it also improves production results while reducing the potential for damaged equipment.

We fully train and work directly with all operators to ensure that they understand how to safely operate their equipment.

Lockout Tagout Training

Employers must ensure that workers are fully trained on proper lockout procedures for each piece of equipment that they will be operating.

Our in-depth program provides both theory and practical training in a way that helps promote safe habits and retention.

WHMIS / GHS Training

The Ontario government has amended the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) and the WHMIS Regulation (R.R.O. 1990, Regulation 860) made under the OHSA to adopt new, international standards that are part of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS).

During the transition, employers must ensure workers are trained on both the old and new labels and safety data sheets for as long as both are present in the workplace.

Ask how our 2-Step training process covers both the basic theory and the workplace specific training required by every employer.

Train the Trainer Programs

Want to use your own trainers? No Problem!

Let us help your business by providing the necessary skills and tools required to get your trainers fully competent.

Our packages provide an in-depth program which teaches the content and the necessary adult learning principals required to successfully teach any program.

Materials to perform the training including tests, certificates and presentation material is all provided at no extra cost.

Hazard Identification Training

As an employer, you are obligated to ensure that you make your employees aware of any hazard that may cause them harm and you must take every reasonable precaution to protect them.

Let us train your team on how to identify hazards and how to assess the level of risk.

Our systems find ways to either eliminate or reduce the risk so that workers are not injured on the job.

 Ladder Training

If your workers use ladders they must be properly trained.

We will inspect your ladders at no additional cost and provide your team with a ladder training program specific to your equipment and workplace.

Safety Committee Training

Help improve your safety committee's knowledge and skills by providing your team with the tools to perform high performance meetings.

We can help develop the skills required to have productive safety meetings while ensuring items are tracked.

We also can conduct your meetings for you. Ask us about our expert consulting services!

Respiratory Fit Testing

A respirator can't protect a worker if it doesn't fit.

Employers must perform a fit test using the same make, model, and size of respirator that a worker will be using on the job.

We perform Qualitative fit testing that uses your sense of taste or smell, or your reaction to an irritant in order to detect leakage

We have four qualitative fit test methods available:

  1. Isoamyl acetate
  2. Saccharin
  3. Bitrex
  4. Irritant smoke
